The youth of Zion Lutheran enjoy a variety of learning, social, and service activities as part of their growth in faith and in life.  There are youth groups and activities for all ages along with opportunity for participation in regional and national youth events.

Kingdom Kids
Children in Kindergarten through Grade 6 meet monthly for activities group activities.

Junior High School Youth
Grades 6-8 also meet monthly for social events, learning, and fellowship; and are eligible to attend the regional Alive! Alive! event held every September.

Senior High School Youth Group
Grades 9-12 gather on Sunday mornings for a discussion/learning time during Sunday School, hold monthly meetings, provide volunteer services for other ministries of the church, participate in community service activities, attend the Winterfest Regional Lutheran Youth Event, go on an annual retreat, take trips to the beach, serve as volunteers for worship, and are eligible to attend the once-every-three-year National Youth Gathering.

Summer Camping
Zion provides scholarships for children and youth of the parish to attend a week of summer camp at one of our two Lutheran campsites:  Camp Nawakwa outside Gettysburg and Camp Kirchenwald near Mt. Gretna.
